Meet Klark

This is Klark. He is one of three males and the largest (not by much) of Jewel's puppies. He's a little darker than the rest. He is always ready to play. He is ready for his new home.  He is priced at $600.  All puppies are AKC registered and current on shots. Please contact me through email or cell phone if you are interested in any of these three precious boys.

Meet Kal

This is Kal.  He is the second to the smallest of Jewel's puppies. He is very lively and loves attention. All puppies are currently being puppy pad trained. Kal can't wait to find his forever home. He is priced at $600.

Meet Karl

This is Karl.  He is the smallest of Jewel's puppies. He likes to mainly watch everyone play and still sleeps a lot.  However, he does not like to be ignored and will bark at you to get your attention. He is a sweety! He's waiting for that perfect person to take him home. He is priced at $700.

Good and Bad news

Good news is that Ariel had puppies Sept 30.  The bad news (or should I say worst news) is that I lost her the next day.  She just never would bounce back from birthing the puppies.  She had three and all of them had to be pulled by the vet. So I'm left with 2 males and 1 female without a mama. :(  Good news is my sweet Jewel has lovingly taken to them.  She's still not sure if she's suppose to.  She knows that they are not hers, but she also knows that they need attention and she's such a good mama.  Bad news is I might lose the little female.  I'm having to bottle feed her or syringe feed her. Good news is that the little boys are doing great!  I'll post how things are in a week or so.

Jewel

This is Jewel.  I'm having to retire her because she had to have a C-section with her last litter. :(
She will go to an approved home only with a loving family. She is an inside dog and somewhat house trained. All of my dogs are doggie door trained.  She is very sweet and the sister to Brighton who is pictured below, who also needs a new home.  She is good with new people and children and is not a barker. She is very much a lap dog and is very loyal. She is AKC and up to date on all of her shots.  I'm asking $500 for her.  I'm going to have a hard time letting her go. :(

Brighton

Sad news for me. :( I'm having to retire my sweet Bighton along with her sister above.  She also had to have a c-section with her last litter and I feel it's no longer safe for her to have puppies. She is four years old and weighs around 6 lbs. I'm looking for a loving family for her with a nice backyard.  She is an inside dog and needs lots of attention. She loves people and children.  She's not a barker. She would rather sit in your lap and be loved on more than anything.  She is very loyal and will stay by your side when she's outside. She never runs off. She is also doggie door trained. She is AKC and up to date on all of her shots.  I'm asking $500 for her.

Update on litters

All of Cinderella and Brighton's puppies have found new homes. All of Jewel's females are spoken for, but  I have 3 males left from Jewel. Please let me know if you are interested.  Thanks! Pictures to follow soon.

My 20th Litter has arrived!

Jewel had puppies August 22.  I was looking at my records and realized that this is the 20th litter!  It was one of my most difficult and stressful births yet too, but she and all of the puppies pulled through.  She had SIX puppies.  Three female and three male.  All are doing fine at this point.  There are two little ones I am worried about.  I will post pictures soon.  Contact me if you are interested!

It's a girl! and another girl!

Cinderella's puppies are here!  She had two little females.  They are very strong and healthy.
She started digging and making her nest Saturday night.  She started contracting Sunday morning. I was worried for a little while, but she had both within an hour.  Thank goodness I didn't have to make another visit to the vet.

Jewel is next to deliver.  I expect her closer to the 20th.  I'll post when it happens!

One of the females in Cinderella's litter is spoken for and the other one is waiting on a deposit from whoever wants her.
One female and one male are spoken for in Brighton's litter.  That leaves two males.  Please contact me if you are interested. :}

ITS A GIRL AND 3 BOYS!

This isn't the greatest picture, but we (Brighton and I) have four healthy puppies! I feel I've worked and worried just as hard!! I've been apprehensive about Brighton for the past two days.  I always know my mama's are getting close to giving birth when they stop eating and start nesting.  I awoke to the sound of her digging and moving her bed around in her crate at 3:00 AM.  I sleepily got down in the floor with her.  She was just a shaking and literally staring at me as if to say, "Don't leave me".
She had her first puppy at 3:40 and the second at 4:20, and then... nothing.  I had a good guess that she was going to have four puppies and could definitely tell that there were more that should be coming.  Finally, I called the vet at 7:00 and decided to take her in. This was her fourth litter so it should have been a piece of cake.  When my wonderful vet got there, she tried to induce her, but it didn't work.  She made a decision to perform a C-section.  I have had a total of 18 litters so far and none of my dogs have ever had to have a C-section! Anyway, everything turned out great thanks to the Madisonville Veterinarian Hospital with Dr. Totten and Dr. Sullivan.  Brighton acts like she had a normal delivery and all of the puppies are eating and sleeping.  Of course they have been by my side all day in a laundry basket so I can check on them every few minutes.  Thank goodness I could be home with them today.

Cinderella should be any day! Hopefully she'll have an easier time.
I've got several deposits to hold puppies so far so if you are interested, please contact me. First come, first serve with the deposits.  Please e-mail, text or call 936-348-4654. Thanks!!

Jillian

This is Jillian.  She is Allie's sister and Cinderella's puppy too. She looks like a princess sitting on top of the pink purse.  She lives close as well, just in the next town of Huntsville.  Thanks for sharing!  Jillian's owner, Patty, wrote this and wanted me to share it.

Jillian is a sweet and precious dog who loves her "MOMMY", me, much much much.  Jillian is still petite. She only weighs 4lbs maybe 5 at the most.  Jillian is a loveable dog who just loves to be the center of attention when company comes over.  Jillian plays often with my kids and plays well with all kinds of children.  She is very spoiled.  She loves to sit with mommy in her favorite chair to watch television and sometimes, she will even sleep with mommy in the bed when daddy is at work.  Jillian is 1 year and 6 months old and just loves life.  I am so happy that I have Jillian in my life.  Jillian greets me every day after work with spunk and love. I can not wait until Jillian has puppies of her own.  I have purchased a mate for Jillian.   If any family wants a pet that is loveable and great to have in the house, a Yorkie is the dog for you.  I want to thank Playhouse Yorkies and Leslie Lee for allowing me the opportunity to own such a beautiful and loveable dog.

Thank you Patty, for giving Jillian such a great home!

Allie

This is Allie.  She is one of Cinderella's puppies from last November.  She's just had a hair cut.  Isn't she the cutest!  I have several puppies that have stayed here in Madisonville and she is one of them.  Thanks for sharing. :-)

Litters

So, I am for sure that i will have THREE litters in August!  I've never had this many litters at one time.  My females stay in the house when they have puppies, instead of in their air conditioned kennel.  Where will I put them all??  Cinderella and Brighton should have their litters around August 10th and Jewel should follow around August the 25th.  Then, to top it off, Ariel is ready to breed a whole month early! Well I guess I'll get everything thing done all at once.  I've got my work cut out for me!
Just to let you know, if you are interested in a puppy, the first people I receive deposits from will get pick of the litter in the order I get the deposit.  This is the fairest way I know how to work that situation.  I have several deposits in the mail so don't miss out.

Past puppy update

Meet Karli
She is from Ariel's last litter. Her puppy picture is in an earlier post below.
She just had her first hair cut.  Isn't' she adorable!
She looks just like her mama.

I love getting updated pictures!  If there are others out there who have bought a puppy from me, I'd love to have updated pictures and stories about them.
To date, I've had around 17 litters, so I know there are lots of puppies out there.
Seeing that they are happy and giving happiness helps me know that breeding dogs is worth it!

Past puppy update!

This is Samson, one of my very first puppies.
He is out of a female I don't have anymore, named Bella.
His owner has decided its about time to get him a playmate.
He looks like he is having a wonderful time.

Past puppy update!

This is a picture of Eli, then and now! He was one of Brighton's puppies.
His owns say that he loves to go bike riding.
Isn't he cute!!   Thanks for sharing!!

Upcoming Litters

Finally, I have some news to post!  I have two, possibly three litters due in August.  The for sure females are Cinderella and Brighton. I should know in another week if Jewel is pregnant.  This will put the puppies ready to go between the end of September early October.  The sire of all three litters is Lee's Prince Louie.
If you are interested in a puppy, my dogs love visitors, please come check out my kennels anytime. If you would like to reserve a puppy, I just require a $100 deposit to hold one.  I have a couple of puppies already reserved so don't miss out.

Last puppy gone. :(

Ariel's last puppy has found a home. Congratulations to Julie and her husband on their new baby.

I don't have any litters due any time soon.  I'm hoping that my next three girls will be ready to breed around May and June and we should have some babies in July and August. Please don't hesitate to e-mail or text me if you might be interested in a puppy.  I'm always open to visitors.  I like nothing better than to show off my dogs!

Update 4-5-12

Ariel's puppies are growing.  They are 5 weeks today, which is April 5, 2012. The male is on the left, (sold), female in the middle (sold) and the other female is on the right (not sold).  They are started on puppy pads, plus they get outside time every morning and afternoon.  They are very playful and have been started on wet puppy food and water.  They will get their first set of shots next week and will be ready to go in 2 or 3 weeks. I like to keep them for a while after they are completely weaned to make sure they are healthy.

Update on Ariel's pups 2012

Here are a couple of pictures of Ariel's pups.  There are two females and one male. Two puppies are taken and one female is left.  I'm not sure which ones are which in these pictures.  They all kind of look the same at the moment.  Please contact me if you might be interested.

Ariel's puppies

New puppies are here!! My account has been messed up so I'm just now able to post.  They were born March 1st. She started contracting around 12:45 am.  She had her first puppy at around 2:00 am, then the next puppy around 4:00 am, the tried for 2 hrs to have the 3rd puppy.  I finally had to take her to the vet around 6:30.  He had to give her a shot to help her contract and then pretty much had to pull the poor little thing out.  She was the biggest of all!  So, Ariel ended up having two females and a male.  I was up all night with her of course.  This is her 3rd litter and she has had tousles like this with each one.  Everyone is perfect now though and the babies get fatter everyday.  I'll post pictures soon.  Please contact me if you might be interested.  I've possible got two spoken for already.  I'm not sure about my e-mail address.  It's not receiving e-mails.  The best way to get in touch with me is to text or call 936-348-4654 or e-mail me at llee@madisonvillecisd.org, until I get me gmail working again.  Thanks!!

Next Litter

I don't have any puppies at the moment.  I hope the next litter will be due the first part of March.
I have four breeding females in all.  My litters were positioned  2 months apart, which was perfect.  Now things have repositioned themselves.  According to my calculations I will have THREE litters due in July, which will be crazy!  So if you know of anyone looking for a yorkie, send them my way.  Please call or text my cell phone 936-348-4654.  I will get to you faster that way.  You can also email me at playhouseyorkies@gmail.com.

AKC Inspection

January 20, 2012 - My first AKC inspection.
An AKC inspector came out to look at my dogs and record keeping.  I was a little nervous, but I was very confident in my facility.
Mr. James loved my playhouse kennel.  I passed with flying colors and no improvements were offered.  He seemed very impressed and told me I was doing an excellent job.
Remember, is reputable registry for dogs.  There are other registries but they don't have the same high standards for pure bred dogs as AKC so when buying a puppy, make sure to ask if it is AKC registered.
Then after buying a registered dog, register it under your name!

Update on Paisley

Just wanted to share a picture of one of my former puppies! This is Paisley. She is one of my female Ariel's puppies. I've posted lots of pictures of her before. She's all dolled up in her Christmas dress. I'm hoping to have puppies from Ariel in about 2 mths so check back later. I wasn't going to breed Ariel again.  She's only four pounds and has had a little bit of complications in her last two births, but we are going to give it another try and watch her very closely and have the vet on hand as soon as she's ready to have puppies.  She has the prettiest babies.
